Ichi broke an important law of the country he was visiting by assaulting the “God” of the land without any regard or consideration for the laws, the full scope of the situation, and the consequences if he succeeded.
The Joyous Sorrow Majik, Bakugami, to which the county renamed themselves to, is worshipped as a messiah or god for over a decade by taking away the people’s sorrow and giving them joy, while also giving the country prosperity. Officials of the country have shown a clear intention that anyone who means to bring harm or acquire their Lord Bakugami would be a criminal who would warrant an immediate arrest and would be executed.

Ichi is a young boy whose occupation is a hunter. He was left in the mountains at the age of six until one fateful day, he defeated a Majik named Uroro, whose trial was for somebody to stab him in the heart, but Witches cannot do that, as they were women, and a woman could not stab him. However, Ichi overheard that and saw Uroro and Desscaras fight; Uroro triggered Ichi’s “Death for Death” principle as he appeared from his hiding place with a twinkle in his eyes, declaring, “I’m a man” to the Majik and Witch. By the .00001% miracle, Ichi has acquired Uroro and obtained the ability to use “magic” as the world’s very first Male Witch.
Personality:
Abandoned in the mountains at a young age, Ichi was given a knife by his parents. He realizes that he was given a knife not to hunt for food but to kill himself. Just as Ichi was about to end his own life, a wolf came and attacked him. Astonished by his own actions and how hard he clung to life. Since then, Ichi has taught himself to hunt and shows his appreciation for all life. Never allowing a creature’s life go to waste.
Despite living alone in the mountains for so many years, Ichi has no trouble interacting with people. At the bottom of the mountains where Ichi resides, lies a village. Ichi is grateful to the villagers for accepting him and caring for him. It’s implied that Ichi learned basic education from them, as he can read and write ( enough to get by, as Ichi demonstrated some difficulty reading a contract given to him by Desscaras ). Ichi also understands the value of money, skills, and trade. Though he does acknowledge himself to be a feral child, as other characters call Ichi a feral brat, dumb dog, or even snot-nosed monkey.
As Ichi grew up to become a hunter, he developed sharp instincts and became sensitive to hostility and bloodlust. As a hunter and a person who almost took his own life, Ichi grew up to be a considerate and sensible person. He holds a strong conviction that killing without cause is murder.
“Death for Death” is Ichi’s principle. He only hunts to survive, whether that's hunting for food or hunting a threat. Ichi considers anything else to be murder, refusing to hunt anything that doesn't fit his conditions. He also sees no purpose in playing fair against somebody who is also playing unfairly. If one toys with life, they in return should be expected to be treated the same. Ichi can also tell when somebody has ulterior motives or is trying to bullshit with him. Especially Uroro, who is stuck with Ichi and trying to weasel his way out of their contract. Ichi is also very sharp as he can sense if somebody isn't human due to his years of observing animals. ( EX: The World-Hater Majik and Prophecy Majik as they are in the forms of human beings.)
With a strong sense of justice, Ichi also has a strong sense of accountability. He is willing to admit that he is wrong and is compelled to make necessary corrections. Willing to take responsibility for Gokuraku, who caused issues for the Mantinel Witches Association.
Growing up alone, Ichi does not know what family or friends genuinely mean. He understands the concept of family and building one. Despite not expressing his feelings or desires for a family, Ichi was extremely happy to be offered a family with Desscaras, and shows his gratitude to her by buying her a gift with the money that he has earned. This hinted that despite being abandoned and being fine by himself, Ichi still craves a family that he missed out on in his childhood. Ichi also comprehends the loss of family, as he apologizes to Richia for the loss of her mother.

Ichi has a vast knowledge of traps to hunt animals in their natural habitats, as well as their habits, poisonous plants and mushrooms, and knows how to prep and cook the animals he has hunted down. He once met an expert fisherman in the mountains and learned techniques and knowledge about different fish. ( He knows how to make sashimi. ) It’s implied that Ichi talks to villagers and fellow hunters to gain more knowledge.
Despite admitting that he is a feral child who can’t sit still for too long, Ichi can sit in a classroom and learn more about society, magic, and other worldly values. While he may not understand the complexity of certain things, Ichi has demonstrated himself to be open-minded and also shows appreciation for the people who teach him. Even so, there are some lessons Ichi doesn’t really understand. For example, Desscaras taught Ichi how to turn down girls who were being pushy and touchy with him by saying, “I’m sorry, you’re not my type," without realizing what it truly means.

Danger Senses:
Over his years of living in the forest, around dangerous animals, Ichi has developed a keen sense for enemy bloodlust. He has been shown to react to bloodlust on pure instinct, dropping everything he's doing to go meet it. This instinct even overpowers his logic at times, leaving him unable to control his reactions. However, Ichi proves that he can somewhat hold back his instincts, as his fight with Gokuraku proves that, and attacks at the points where Gokuraku said were not his weak points. He simply states that it's his habit, that his body reacts to hostile forces.

Majiks are living forces of magic with distinct personalities and powers. They interact with humanity through Trials( ex: a Water Majik’s Trial is to drink every drop of water ), granting their abilities to witches who complete them.
Majiks are forces of living magic, each representing a different force, element, or concept. As sentient beings, Majiks each have their own personality, and are generally split into two categories: those who are friendly with humanity, with relatively easy Trials, and the Human-Hater Majiks, who are hostile to humans, with Trials that are tricky and near impossible to clear.
Upon acquiring a Majik( by completing their trial ), the user gains a Magic Stone, which acts as proof that they have acquired the Majik. For Ichi, it's unknown ( so far in canon ) where his Magic Stones go, either placed in his knife or somewhere on himself. However, the Majiks are known to reside inside a Witch’s Magic Circle, which is their mental world, as a contract is formed between Witch and Majik. The contract cannot be broken unless the Witch dies, so even if the Magic Stone is lost somehow, Ichi would still have access to his Majiks as they reside inside him.
Ultra Amplification Majik:
Ichi acquired a Majik known as King Uroro, also referred to as the Ultra Amplification Majik. This Majik amplifies any magical effect to its fullest potential, making spells significantly more destructive. This magical power of King Uroro activates with the proper chant, and it functions without the need for practice or training.
This also clarifies how Ichi accidentally cast the spell "Lazud," which is originally linked to Desscaras, the Abyssal Witch. Using this spell resulted in a significant explosion that caused extensive damage to Druid Mountain.
The spells cast by Ichi are automatically amplified to their maximum strength when using this Majik. However, using this Majik can lead to severe consequences, including Ichi falling unconscious for three days after just one use.
As a result of acquiring Uroro, Ichi can use magic, as men of their world cannot use magic.
Inazuri:
Ichi acquired the Raikou Majik, allowing him to shoot a claw-shaped lightning blast forward by making a swinging motion. Ichi states that it felt like swinging a scythe. The lightning is powerful enough to melt ice. In the series, Ichi has shown the use of Inazuri to extend the length of his knife. Basically, making it into a lightsaber.
Uruwashi:
Ichi acquired the Hisame Magik, allowing him to conjure an ice shark and control it. Using this spell with Ultra Amplification allows him to make a swarm of ice sharks. So far, Ichi has used Uruwashi to travel around in the air.
Ariadne:
Ichi acquired the Origumo Majik, allowing him to send out invisible threads, building a cage to trap and halt a target. He is shown to attract invisible threads to his knife and implant his opponent to the ground so they are unable to move.
Bakugami:
Ichi acquired the Joyous Sorrow Majik. Its abilities are currently unknown.
